Please note we may need to prepare your items as you order. We have a dispatch time of 1 working day.

Delivery within UK- All standard orders are fulfilled by Evri (Hermes) or Royal Mail. 

Standard UK Delivery For Small Parcels - £3.53

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day and shipped via a Hermes tracked service or through Royal Mail. 

Standard UK Delivery For Medium Parcels - £4.50

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1  working day and shipped via a Hermes tracked service or through Royal Mail.

International

All international orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail. They will be sent as tracked.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.  

​It is the buyer's responsibility to inform us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of our invoice.

If no notification is made within this time period, the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
