Eco-Friendly Corporate Gifts in the UK: A Festive Gifting Guide for Christmas, Halloween and Beyond

Eco-Friendly Corporate Gifts in the UK: A Festive Gifting Guide for Christmas, Halloween and Beyond

Every year, around the same time, thousands of UK businesses ask the same question: what do we give our clients and our team? The answer used to be a bottle of something and a box of biscuits. Today more buyers want a gift that feels considered, reflects the company's values and does not end up in a cupboard or a bin by January.

That is the case for eco-friendly corporate gifts. A gift made from reclaimed materials, presented well and chosen with the recipient in mind tells people something about how your business works. It also tends to be remembered, because it is useful and a bit unusual.

This guide is written for UK businesses planning gifts across the whole festive year, not just Christmas. It covers the main UK dates in 2026 and 2027, from Halloween and Bonfire Night through Diwali and Christmas to Burns Night, Mother's Day and Easter, with ideas for each. It explains what makes a gift genuinely sustainable, sets out what GoGiftid offers for corporate and bulk orders, and gives practical advice on budgets, HMRC basics, timelines and messages.

Where we recommend products, they come from GoGiftid, which makes handmade glassware, platters, lamps, planters and other pieces from upcycled bottles, and offers corporate gifts and wholesale. We quote what the listings and pages say, label general advice as general advice and keep environmental claims modest.

Why Choose Eco-Friendly Corporate Gifts?

Sustainability is not the only reason to choose a thoughtful gift, but it is a good one.

They say something about your business. A gift is a small piece of communication. A reusable, well-made item made from reclaimed material says you care about how things are made.

They are used, not dumped. A glass, a lamp or a planter has a long working life. A novelty item has a short one.

They stand out. Many clients receive the same hamper from several suppliers. An upcycled item with a story is different.

They suit varied teams. A well-chosen non-food gift avoids dietary, religious and alcohol-related issues.

They can be consistent with your policies. Many companies have sustainability commitments, and a gift that fits them looks coherent.

They give you something to say. "This glass started life as a bottle" is a better conversation than "enjoy the biscuits".

A fair caution: not every eco claim is meaningful. We cover how to spot vague claims below.

The UK Festive Gifting Calendar for 2026 and 2027

Different dates suit different gifts, and different recipients celebrate different things. This calendar covers the main UK dates. Dates are as listed by the sources named at the end of the article, and religious dates can shift, so check them before you plan.

One point deserves emphasis: do not assume everyone celebrates Christmas. A neutral, seasonal gift and a "best wishes for the season" message suit mixed teams and clients. If you know someone celebrates a particular festival, a gift timed to it, with a sincere message, is thoughtful. If you are not sure, ask a colleague or keep the message general.

What Makes a Good Eco-Friendly Corporate Gift?

Use these tests when you choose.

It is useful. Something the recipient will use at home or on their desk.

It is well made. Quality reflects on your brand.

It has a clear story. Reclaimed or upcycled materials, handmade production and honest descriptions.

It is easy to give. It arrives presentable, with no assembly.

It is inclusive. Avoid alcohol, meat and strong religious imagery unless you are sure it suits.

It fits the budget and the rules. Including HMRC treatment and the recipient's own gift policy.

It does not overclaim. Avoid "zero waste" or "fully sustainable" unless you can prove it.

It is practical to deliver. Think about the number of recipients, addresses and timing.

What GoGiftid Offers for Corporate and Bulk Orders

GoGiftid is a small UK business that turns bottles into glassware, jars, lamps, platters, planters and tea light holders, and sells plantable seed paper cards. This is what its pages say about corporate and bulk orders. We saw these pages through search results and did not open each in full, so confirm details with the team before you plan a project.

Corporate gift boxes. The corporate gifts page says GoGiftid specialises in premium corporate gift boxes that combine elegance with environmental responsibility, with curated gift sets made from upcycled materials.

One-of-a-kind glassware. The page describes handcrafted, upcycled pieces for clients and employees.

Customisation. The page says gifts can be personalised with custom messages and branding for large orders. It does not give details of minimum quantities or branding methods, so ask.

Pricing. The page mentions competitive rates, fast processing and bulk discounts, without giving figures.

Wholesale. The wholesale page says GoGiftid turns bottles into glassware, planters, lamps, serveware and gifts, and that UK and international delivery are available.

Presentation. The homepage says handcrafted upcycled glassware arrives presented in eco-friendly gift boxes.

UK dispatch. GoGiftid's Etsy listings state that orders ship from the United Kingdom.

A brand note. GoGiftid's Etsy listings state that the products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any original bottle brands or manufacturers, and that each piece is unique, with slight variations or minor marks possible.

About GoGiftid. The About page describes GoGiftid as a UK sustainable gifting brand that transforms discarded bottles into unique glassware, lamps, planters and gifts. It also makes claims about supporting livelihoods and about awards and press that we have not verified, so we do not repeat them here.

To start, use the corporate gifts page or the wholesale page, or contact the team via the Contact Us page.

Best Upcycled Corporate Gift Ideas from the Range

These are the main product types, with details and prices from the listings as we saw them in October 2026. Check each listing before you order, and ask about quantities.

Handmade bottle glasses

Glasses are the easiest corporate gift, because they are useful and suit most recipients. The Absolut Vodka Glasses Set (£17.99) is listed as two handcrafted glasses of about 300 ml each, 4.5 inches tall and 3 inches across, food safe, with hand washing recommended. The Bacardi Bats Logo Rum Glass (£19.99) is listed as 20 cm tall and about 600 ml. The Handmade Upcycled Bombay Sapphire Gin Glasses (£21.99) has 39 reviews on its listing. Sets include the Absolut Glasses Set of 3 (£49.99), the Bombay Sapphire Gin Glasses Set of 3 (£54.99) and the Grey Goose Glasses Set of 4 (£72.99). The glasses are empty drinkware, and they also suit water, juice and soft drinks. See the glassware and gift sets collection.

Platter and glasses sets

A set suits a senior client or a team lead. The Upcycled Bombay Sapphire Platter and Glasses Set (£26.99) has 11 reviews, and the Absolut Platter and Glasses Set (£39.99) is a larger option. See the platters and serveware collection.

Bottle lamps

A lamp is a premium gift for a key client or a retirement. The Bombay Sapphire Bottle Lamp with Blue Lampshade (£49.99) is listed with a UK three-pin plug, a 72-inch cord, a bed switch and an E27 bulb fitting up to 40W, and a bulb is not included. The Unique Table Lamp Handmade from Upcycled Vodka Bottle (£39.99) comes with a gift box according to its title. See the bottle lamps collection.

Tea light holders

A small, atmospheric gift. The Believe Tealight Candle Holder (£18.99) is handcrafted from recycled glass bottles on a wooden base, and the listing says a tea light is included. UK fire services advise never leaving candles unattended, so consider adding LED tea lights. See the tea light holders collection.

Planters

A plant is a welcome desk gift. The Recycled Glass Bottle Planter (£21.99) and the Self Watering Wine Bottle Planter (£23.99) suit an office. See the upcycled planters collection.

Glass jars

The Absolut Storage Jars Set of 2 (£19.99) is listed at roughly 600 ml per jar with cork lids, food safe for dry edible items. See the glass jars collection.

Plantable seed paper cards

A card that can be planted is a thoughtful finishing touch. The Plantable Thank You Cards With Envelopes (£16.99 for 15) are listed as cotton seed paper with basil seeds, 7 cm by 10 cm, and described by the seller as biodegradable, recyclable, compostable and plastic free. See the plantable cards collection.

Botanical infusion gift box

The Botanical Gin Infusion Gift Box (£15.99) contains two tins of dried fruit and botanicals with infusion bags and a reusable tin. It does not contain gin, so it is not itself alcohol, but it is designed for use with spirits, so check it suits your recipients.

Cork coasters

The Round Shape Cork Hot Trivets and Coasters Set of 2 (£10.99) is a practical, natural-material extra.

Gift packaging

GoGiftid lists a Gift Box at £3.99. Check what it holds, and ask about packaging for bulk orders.

Festival by Festival: Corporate Gift Ideas

Christmas

Christmas is the peak, and the one where many recipients receive several gifts. A distinctive, useful gift stands out.

Clients. A platter and glasses set, a lamp or a pair of glasses with a handwritten card. See also our guides to Christmas party barware and bottle lamps for Christmas.

Team. A single glass, a tea light holder or a plantable card pack with a personal note.

Suppliers. A smaller gift such as cork coasters with a card.

Remember. Christmas Day 2026 is a Friday, so many offices close earlier in the week. Aim to deliver gifts well before the last working days.

Halloween

Halloween is lighter and less formal, which suits internal teams and friendly client relationships. If you are reading this close to Saturday 31 October 2026, note that handmade gifts need dispatch and delivery time.

Ideas. The Bacardi Bats Logo Rum Glass (£19.99) is the one seasonal nod in the range, with a bat logo preserved on the glass according to its listing. Tea light holders suit an atmospheric desk. See our guide to Halloween gifts in the UK.

Keep it inclusive. Not everyone enjoys Halloween. A subtle, atmospheric gift is safer than anything graphic.

Bonfire Night

Bonfire Night is a cosy, informal date. A hot chocolate kit (general idea) with a glass or a tea light holder suits a team. Keep it simple and safe.

Diwali

Diwali is a major festival for many UK Hindu, Sikh and Jain colleagues and clients, and it is celebrated over five days, with the main day on Sunday 8 November 2026 according to our sources. A lamp or tea light holder suits the theme of light, but be respectful: do not assume, ask a colleague if you are unsure and avoid religious imagery. A card with a sincere message such as "Wishing you and your family a happy Diwali" is welcome. A bottle lamp is not a diya and should not be presented as one.

Hanukkah

Hanukkah runs for eight days from around 4 December 2026. A modest, thoughtful gift and a respectful message are appropriate. Check with colleagues if you are unsure what suits.

New Year and Hogmanay

A "thank you and best wishes" gift in the first week of January stands out, because few people send them. A plantable card suits the theme of new beginnings. See our guide to plantable New Year cards.

Burns Night

Burns Night on Monday 25 January 2027 suits a themed gift for Scottish clients and teams. A pair of whisky glasses, such as the Glenfiddich Whisky Glasses (£17.99) or the Jameson Whiskey Bottle Glasses Set of Two (£31.99), is a natural fit for recipients who enjoy a drink. Offer a non-alcoholic alternative where appropriate.

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year falls on Saturday 6 February 2027. A gift with a good-luck message suits colleagues and clients who celebrate. A plant, a lamp or a set of glasses are all suitable. Check cultural customs, such as colours and numbers, if you are choosing a gift for a specific recipient.

Mothering Sunday

Mothering Sunday is on 7 March 2027. A planter and a plantable card is a sensitive, thoughtful gift for colleagues and customers. Keep messages inclusive, as some recipients may find the day difficult.

Eid al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr is expected on around 10 March 2027, subject to moon sighting. A respectful gift and message, with no alcohol, are appropriate. A set of plain glasses for non-alcoholic drinks or a planter would suit.

Easter

Easter Sunday is 28 March 2027. A spring planter, a plantable card or a platter suits a seasonal thank-you.

A Corporate Christmas Gifting Timeline for UK Businesses

Christmas is the date when planning matters most. Here is a general timeline you can adapt. Dates are suggestions, not deadlines from GoGiftid.

Early October. Decide your budget, your list and your gift type. Check any company gift policy and talk to your accountant about HMRC treatment.

Mid to late October. Choose products and contact GoGiftid about quantities, branding and lead times, particularly for orders of more than a handful of gifts.

November. Place your order. Collect delivery addresses and confirm whether recipients will be at work or at home. Draft your card messages.

Late November. Check that the order has been dispatched, and plan how the gifts will reach people.

Early December. Write the cards. Hand out gifts in person where you can, and post the rest with time to spare.

Mid December. Check delivery for any missing parcels, and have a plan for replacements.

The last working week. Send final thank-you messages, and leave gifts and emails ready for the break.

January. Send thank-you notes for anything you received, and make notes for next year.

Christmas Day 2026 is a Friday, so many UK workplaces will close in the days before. Leave plenty of buffer for delivery, and do not assume an order will arrive by a particular date.

Halloween at Work: Ideas Beyond Gifts

Halloween is less formal than Christmas, and it suits small gestures.

A team treat. A small gift or a card on desks, with a short message.

A themed desk. A tea light holder or a glass with a seasonal feel brightens an office or a home workspace.

An inclusive approach. Not everyone enjoys Halloween, so keep any celebration optional, and avoid anything frightening or graphic.

Keep safety in mind. Follow your workplace rules on candles, and use LED tea lights where open flames are not allowed.

Think about timing. Halloween 2026 is on a Saturday, so a gift in the days before is more likely to be enjoyed at work.

Corporate Gifts by Budget

Prices were checked in October 2026 on the live listings. The GoGiftid site shows free UK delivery over £50, and the pages mention bulk discounts without figures, so ask the team for a quote for large orders. Prices below are per item or set.

Under £15

The Round Shape Cork Trivets and Coasters (£10.99).

£15 to £25

The Plantable Thank You Cards (£16.99), the Botanical Gin Infusion Gift Box (£15.99), the Upcycled Bottle Tea Light Holder (£15.99), the Absolut Vodka Glasses Set (£17.99), the Believe Tealight Candle Holder (£18.99), the Bacardi Bats Logo Rum Glass (£19.99), the Absolut Storage Jars Set of 2 (£19.99), the Recycled Glass Bottle Planter (£21.99) and the Handmade Upcycled Bombay Sapphire Gin Glasses (£21.99).

£25 to £50

The Self Watering Wine Bottle Planter (£23.99), the Upcycled Bombay Sapphire Platter and Glasses Set (£26.99), the Jameson Whiskey Bottle Glasses Set of Two (£31.99), the Vodka Bottle Table Lamp (£39.99), the Absolut Platter and Glasses Set (£39.99), the Bombay Sapphire Bottle Lamp (£49.99) and the Absolut Glasses Set of 3 (£49.99).

Over £50

The Bombay Sapphire Gin Glasses Set of 3 (£54.99) and the Grey Goose Glasses Set of 4 (£72.99).

See the bestsellers collection for popular options.

Three Sample Gifting Plans

These examples show how a plan might look. Totals are simple sums of listed prices at the single-item prices we saw in October 2026. They do not include bulk discounts, branding, extra packaging or delivery, which you should ask GoGiftid to quote for larger orders.

Plan A: a 10-person team, a thank-you at Christmas

Gift: one Believe Tealight Candle Holder each (£18.99), with a handwritten note on a plantable thank you card from a pack of 15 (£16.99).

Sum: ten holders at £18.99 is £189.90, plus one card pack at £16.99, giving £206.89. That is under £21 per person, well inside the £50 per-person guideline discussed above, though tax treatment for employees follows separate rules.

Why it works: a small, useful gift with a personal touch, easy to pack and deliver. Add LED tea lights if you want a safer alternative to candles.

Plan B: 20 clients, a New Year thank-you

Gift: one Absolut Vodka Glasses Set each (£17.99, two glasses), with a plantable card.

Sum: twenty sets at £17.99 is £359.80, plus two card packs at £16.99 each (£33.98), giving £393.78, or just under £20 per client.

Why it works: a practical gift for any recipient, whether or not they drink alcohol, and a first-week-of-January timing that stands out. Check whether the listing's pack-size option changes what each price covers.

Branding: if you want your logo on the gift, ask GoGiftid what is possible. Whether a branded gift qualifies under HMRC rules is a question for your accountant.

Plan C: five key clients, a premium Christmas gift

Gift: one Bombay Sapphire Bottle Lamp each (£49.99), with a bulb added by you and a handwritten card.

Sum: five lamps at £49.99 is £249.95, before any bulbs, packaging or delivery. At £49.99 per lamp, each gift sits at the edge of the £50 guideline, so any extras such as a bulb or a box could take the cost over it. Check with your accountant.

Why it works: a distinctive, long-lasting gift for people you want to impress. Remember the listing says a bulb is not included.

Corporate Gifts for Remote and Hybrid Teams

Many UK teams work partly or fully from home, which changes how gifting works.

Send to a home address. You need accurate addresses and should respect data protection rules, including consent for storing addresses.

Choose items that suit a home. Planters, lamps, glasses and jars work well in a home setting. A desk-only gift may not.

Keep it lightweight. Smaller gifts are easier to post, and glass needs good packaging.

Time it carefully. Aim for delivery a few days before the occasion, and tell people to expect a parcel.

Add a virtual moment. A short video call where everyone opens their gift together makes up for being apart.

Think about fairness. Give every team member a comparable gift, wherever they work.

Allow for returns. Know what happens if a parcel is damaged or goes missing.

Choosing Gifts for Different Industries

Different sectors have different expectations, and a little care avoids awkwardness.

Professional services. Understated, high-quality gifts suit law, accountancy and consultancy. A pair of glasses or a plant works well, and many firms have strict gift policies.

Technology and creative businesses. Distinctive and playful gifts land well. A bottle lamp or a statement glass is a talking point.

Retail and hospitality. Useful gifts for the people who work long hours: a nice glass, a plant for home or a thank-you card.

Public sector, health and education. Many organisations in these sectors have strict rules about accepting gifts, so check before you send, and consider a card or a very modest gift.

Charities and community groups. A simple thank-you card on plantable paper suits volunteers and supporters, and keeps the cost low.

Property and construction. A practical, durable gift such as a planter, a lamp or a jar is a good fit for a new-home or new-office handover.

How to Judge Whether Your Gifting Worked

It is hard to measure gratitude, but a few simple checks help you improve each year.

Delivery. Did every gift arrive intact and on time?

Response. Did recipients thank you, mention the gift or share a photo?

Relationships. Did conversations with key clients improve in the weeks that followed?

Feedback. A quick question to a few recipients about what they liked is useful.

Cost. Compare the final spend with the budget.

Next year. Note what to repeat and what to change.

UK Tax and Policy Basics for Business Gifts

This section is general information, not tax advice. Rules change and depend on your circumstances, so check with HMRC or your accountant.

The £50 rule for client gifts. HMRC's guidance says gifts that carry a conspicuous advertisement for your business are generally allowable, unless they are food, drink, tobacco or a token or voucher exchangeable for goods, or the cost of the gift, together with other such gifts to the same person in the tax period, exceeds £50.

What that means in practice. A branded item costing less than £50 per person per year may be allowable. Gifts that are food or drink are not covered by this exception. Accountants commonly note that the advertisement should be on the gift itself, not just on the wrapping. Whether a particular gift qualifies depends on its branding and cost, so ask your accountant.

Empty glasses are not drink. The GoGiftid glasses are empty drinkware, but a set that includes a bottle of spirits is a gift of drink. Check how you assemble a gift.

Employee gifts. HMRC's trivial benefits rules can allow small gifts to employees without a tax charge, within conditions and a £50 limit per gift. Conditions apply, including that the gift is not cash or a reward for work. Check the rules.

Recipient policies. Many organisations, particularly in the public sector and in regulated industries, have rules limiting gifts and hospitality. Check before you send, and consider a modest gift with a sincere note.

Keep records. Keep invoices and note the recipient and purpose of each gift.

Ask GoGiftid about branding. The corporate gifts page says branding is available for large orders. If you want a gift to carry your logo, confirm what is possible and where the branding appears.

Source: HMRC's Business Income Manual, BIM45070, which covers gifts carrying a conspicuous advertisement.

Personalising Corporate Gifts

Personalisation turns a good gift into a memorable one, and it does not have to be elaborate.

A handwritten note. Still the most effective. A short, specific line beats a printed greeting.

A branded element. Where available, a logo or message on the gift, subject to what GoGiftid can offer for your order size.

A plantable card. A card with a short note and a planting tip adds a personal and sustainable touch.

The packaging. A reusable box or a cloth bag carries your brand without extra waste.

The recipient's interests. If you know a client loves plants, choose a planter. If they love coffee, a jar.

A short story. A line saying the glass began as a bottle gives the gift a talking point.

Corporate Card Messages (UK Tone)

Here are original messages you can adapt. Keep them short and sincere.

Thank you to clients.

•      "Thank you for your trust and support this year. We look forward to working together again."

•      "With thanks for a great year, and best wishes for the season ahead."

•      "We are grateful for your business. Wishing you a restful break."

To the team.

•      "Thank you for everything you have done this year. It has been a pleasure working with you."

•      "To a brilliant team: thank you, and enjoy a well-earned rest."

•      "Your hard work has made a real difference. Thank you."

To suppliers and partners.

•      "Thank you for your support and flexibility this year."

•      "Wishing you and your team a happy and healthy new year."

Festival-specific.

•      "Wishing you and your family a very happy Diwali."

•      "Best wishes for a happy Hanukkah."

•      "Wishing you a Happy Chinese New Year and a prosperous year ahead."

•      "Eid Mubarak to you and your family."

•      "Happy Burns Night."

•      "Wishing you a Happy Easter."

Seasonal and neutral.

•      "Warm wishes for the festive season."

•      "Wishing you a peaceful break and a bright start to the new year."

Running a Corporate Gifting Project: A Practical Plan

A corporate gifting project is mostly logistics. A simple plan helps.

Step one: decide the purpose. Thank clients, reward the team, mark a festival or all three.

Step two: set a budget per person. Consider HMRC rules, your company policy and what is appropriate for the relationship.

Step three: choose the gift. Match it to the recipients, and check what is available in the quantity you need.

Step four: ask about quantities and branding. Contact GoGiftid about lead times, minimum orders, branding and bulk pricing.

Step five: collect addresses. For home delivery, check data protection rules and get consent where needed.

Step six: order early. Handmade items need time, and December is busy.

Step seven: write the notes. Personal notes take longer than people expect, so start early.

Step eight: pack and send. Decide whether you will hand-deliver, courier or post.

Step nine: follow up. Record who got what, and note any feedback.

Step ten: learn for next year. Keep a note of what worked.

Delivery, Lead Times and Ordering

GoGiftid's product pages say that orders placed by 2 PM are dispatched the same day, with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 options. That applies to standard orders. For large or branded orders, lead times will be different, so ask the team before you commit to a date. Read the delivery page and the returns page, and leave a generous buffer, particularly for Christmas.

Sustainability: Keeping Corporate Claims Honest

If you are sending a gift to show your sustainability values, accuracy matters.

What the listings say. GoGiftid's pages describe pieces made from recycled or upcycled bottles that are cleaned, cut and polished by hand, and the plantable cards as cotton seed paper described as biodegradable, recyclable, compostable and plastic free by the seller.

What upcycling does. It keeps an existing bottle in use and gives it a new purpose. It does not make a product carbon-free or waste-free, and we cannot give a carbon figure for any product. We do not claim that any are zero-waste or fully sustainable.

What to say in your own messaging. Use specific, accurate statements: "made from an upcycled bottle", not "saving the planet".

What helps most. A durable gift that is used for years.

For more, read our guides to recycled glassware for eco-conscious buyers and eco-friendly home decor gifts, and the Our Story page.

Common Corporate Gifting Mistakes

Assuming everyone celebrates Christmas. Use inclusive wording, and tailor where you can.

Sending alcohol to everyone. Some recipients do not drink, and some organisations ban it.

Ordering too late. Handmade and bulk orders need lead time.

Ignoring recipient policies. Check gift rules, especially in the public sector.

Overclaiming sustainability. Avoid claims you cannot support.

Forgetting the note. A gift without a message feels impersonal.

Skipping the practical checks. Check sizes, care and what is included.

Ignoring HMRC rules. Check the £50 limit and the food and drink exclusion.

Forgetting returns. Know what happens if something arrives damaged.

How This Guide Was Put Together

This guide is based on GoGiftid's corporate gifts, wholesale, About and homepage content as returned by search, on live product pages and catalogue listings opened in October 2026, on festival dates from the sources below and on HMRC's Business Income Manual. We did not open every GoGiftid page in full, so details about minimum orders, branding and lead times should be confirmed with the team. Tax information is general and not advice. We have not tested the products ourselves. Prices and availability can change, so check before you order.

Frequently Asked Questions About Eco-Friendly Corporate Gifts in the UK

What are eco-friendly corporate gifts?

Gifts chosen for lower environmental impact, such as reusable items made from reclaimed or upcycled materials, with honest descriptions of how they are made.

Does GoGiftid offer corporate gifts?

Yes. Its corporate gifts page describes premium gift boxes and curated sets made from upcycled materials, with custom messages and branding for large orders.

Can I order in bulk?

The corporate gifts and wholesale pages mention bulk and wholesale orders, and the Etsy listings say bulk and corporate orders are available. Contact the team for quantities and pricing.

Can I add my logo?

The corporate gifts page says branding is available for large orders. Ask what is possible and where the branding appears.

What are good corporate Christmas gifts? A pair of glasses, a platter and glasses set, a bottle lamp or a plantable card with a personal note, chosen to suit the recipient.

What are good corporate Halloween gifts?

Something atmospheric and inclusive, such as a tea light holder or the Bacardi Bats Logo Rum Glass, whose listing says the bat logo is preserved

.

Are corporate gifts tax deductible in the UK?

HMRC's guidance says gifts that carry a conspicuous advertisement for your business are generally allowable, unless they are food, drink, tobacco or vouchers, or cost more than £50 per recipient in the tax period. This is general information, so check with your accountant.

Are glasses food or drink for HMRC purposes?

Empty glasses are not food or drink, but a gift set that includes spirits would be. Ask your accountant about your specific gift.

What should I give someone who does not drink?

A plant, a plantable card, a lamp, a jar or a tea light holder. The glasses also suit water, juice and mocktails.

What should I give for Diwali?

A thoughtful, respectful gift and card. A lamp or tea light holder suits the theme of light, but ask a colleague if you are unsure, and avoid religious imagery.

When should I order for Christmas?

As early as you can. Read the delivery information, ask about lead times for large orders and do not assume an order will arrive by a particular date.

Can I send gifts to employees at home?

Yes, but you need accurate addresses and should respect data protection rules.

What is the best gift for a client?

One that is useful, well made and suited to them, with a personal note. Check their organisation's gift policy first.

Are upcycled gifts really sustainable?

They keep an existing bottle in use, but they are not carbon-free or waste-free. Choose durable gifts and describe them honestly.

How can I tell if a sustainability claim is genuine?

Look for specific details about materials and process, and be wary of vague words such as "green" or "eco".

Gifts That Say Thank You Properly

A good corporate gift is not about spending more. It is about showing that someone thought about the recipient, and chose something that will be used. Upcycled glassware, lamps, planters and plantable cards are one way to do that across the whole UK festive year.

To start planning, visit the corporate gifts page or the wholesale page, or browse the full GoGiftid collection, the glassware and gift sets collection and the bestsellers. Check each listing for details, and confirm delivery information on the delivery page before you order.
